Description
- Fronting any day-to-day customer issues and helping to resolve them
- Reviewing and helping to resolve any store or order issues
- Reporting, creating documents about projects milestones and their progress
- Forecasting and coordination of delivery time with Supply Chain
- Production of quotations and preparation of sales orders for standard repeat orders
- Production and review of customer KPIs, both internally and supporting the KAM with the reviews with the customer
- Running several customer satisfaction improvements projects and managing and maintaining an issue log
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel)
- Good commercial and business understanding
- Bachelor's degree in economics or another business discipline
- Good customer handling skills
- High analytical skills
- Good organisational and project management skills
