Within this position you will be responsible for coordinating Customer Service Team – 10-15 people. You will be ensuring the team is properly supporting customer conversations. You will be carrying out 1-2-1 meetings, tracking and reporting SLA’s and team performance, supporting team members.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English – C1. Previous experience as an associate team leader/team leader’s back up/team coordinator is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
