We are looking for a candidate with system troubleshooting experience (2-3 years) and ability to identify potential problems and recommend solutions. Perfect candidate has advanced knowledge of English (min. C1) and o good command of Excel. Self-motivated and able to perform assigned duties independently without direct supervision is expected.

- Resolve incidents on time focusing on appropriate solution
- Analyze system problems and initiate improvements in cooperation with users and IT
- Provide trainings and consultation to customers in operational units
- Ensure correctness of data and documentation
- Resolving users inquiries for hardware and software problems
