We are looking for a person to hold the position Junior Purchasing Specialistto global service centre in GdaÅ„sk. It’s a global leader in the offshore and marine industry.
Your new role
As Junior Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to commodity purchases, updating Customer Offer with needed price and delivery information, preparing purchase order documents. You will be also responsible for purchasing of items that has been agreed not to belong to Competence Centre scope. More of your tasks: follow up suppliers, comply and perform according to contractual agreements for spares supply, take action in accordance with current ERP system for replenishment of stock items. The Candidate for this position will ensure purchase documentation is ready for invoicing and delivery in accordance to agreed Incoterms/Terms & Conditions.
Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to be motivated to gain new experience and have a little bit knowledge about logistics and similar areas (customer service, invoicing, order documents etc.). English on B1/B2 level, computer skills, SAP experience is a must.
