Description
We are part of the international ALTEN Group, which brings together over 28,000 outstanding IT and Engineering specialists around the world. We currently are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will join our team to deliver the most innovative technology projects.
Main tasks
- Managing work- packages projects: delivering quality, deadlines, risk, team trainings, budget, workload and team sizing.
- Transforming projects in time & material to work package area of expertise: engine control and tuning, hardware in the loop, embedded software (cluster, infotainment).
- Managing project priorities (project side and client side)
- Responsibility for the information flow/communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external
- Ensuring the skill of the project team
- Ensuring the level of performance, productivity and rentability of each perimeter (project)
- Ensuring the application of ALTEN processes
- Ensuring the monitoring and allocation of deliverables
- Implementation of the validation and verification of deliverables process
- Participating in project quality audits
- Identifying project risks and qualifies them
- Participating in the qualification meetings
- Participating in the annual evaluation of consultants
Requirements:
- Project management skills and experience (min. 1 year)
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of budget management
- Ability to optimize profits
- Experience in preparing and leading presentations
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadline
Optional skills:
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in the IT industry
