Your new role
You will be responsiblefor setting the direction, establishing strategies, goals and objectives. Moreover to take an active role as a business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business.Lead a strong payroll team for the centralized payroll operations department in Poland and provide strong payroll leadership on cross functional teams consisting of associates, external advisors, outside vendors.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate will have an experience as a Team Leader in payroll team, fluent knowledge of English and an university degree.
