ProData Consult is expanding the team due to business development and we are looking for new employees who will join us as Junior IT Recruiter. If you feel that Recruitment in IT industry is the direction you want to develop yourself, you are more than welcome to join us!
If you have experience in recruitment but IT was not the main industry or you are still a student who wants to start first job in stable company? Send us your CV and we are going to call you and tell more about company, structure and position!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active search of candidates on LinkedIn
- Finding the right candidates via job boards and social media
- Screening candidates CVs
- Conducting interviews (Teams or telephone)
- Scheduling recruitment meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to develop towards IT Recruiter
- Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
- Good planning with high attention to details
- Outstanding communication skills
- Failure gives you even more power
- Goal orientation, ambition
