For our Client, company located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Junior IT PMO.
Your new role
Holding this position you will coordinate delivery of the Approved Order Book for BAU and small projects, communicate, escalate and own changes and issues, and also analyse and review requirements, ensuring delivery within schedule. You will consistently communicate with all stakeholders at a professional and proactive level and support business in planning, highlighting risks and issues to the schedule, changes and overall requirements. You will be expected to provide support for testing and to produce reports on volume and quality. Your responsibilities will include documenting all the results as per the function quality processes and maintaining expert knowledge in required technology and process area across multiple platforms. You will also follow industry trends, technical and professional developments affecting area of responsibility and advise department and divisional management on new and emerging technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills as well as good understanding of the development and testing principles, processes and methodologies to enable effective task and release management. The role also requires strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion. You will also be expected to hold good influencing, negotiating and decision making skills, and good relationship management skills. Good English command is a must.
