On behalf of our Client, international business information company in Tricity, we are currently seeking candidates for the role of Junior ISDA Negotiator.
Your new role
The successful Candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating financial documentation, including any type of Master Agreement documentation for OTC (over the counter) derivatives. Junior ISDA Negotiator will work side by side with relevant internal stakeholders (trading, sales credit treasury, tax and legal) in order to ensure that terms of the agreements are within financial and legal guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role must be Law or Economics studies degree educated. Moreover, business fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. To be successful on this position the Candidate should also have strong analytical and communication skills, be process and detail oriented, have excellent attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
