Your new role:
- answering employees queries about HR policies, procedures and processes,
- administrating new employees life-cycle and managing data in HR system
- supporting employees in a timely manner regarding benefits questions and workday employee process
- dealing with HR documentation.
Mostly you will be working with U.S teams.
What you'll need to succeed:
- first experience gained in working with customers or within HR area (internships, students organisations),
- fluency in English (B2+ level),
- willingness to develop within HR area,
- ability to build relationships with interpersonal skills,
- analytical skills.
You will be closely cooperating with U.S. markets so you have to be able to work on late shift (from 3 pm) .
