Junior Financial Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Your key tasks will be to:
- reconciling complex trades between CRM & SAP including all sectors
- work with internal stakeholders to resolve differentials identified such as incorrect pricing and missing trades
- understand, document and book journals – this includes being responsible for posting of accruals and adjustment journals as necessary
- seeking to optimise financial processes, through elimination of manual elements
- providing stakeholders with BI reports for the purpose of management reporting within deadlines.
Moreover, you’ll be tasked with reviewing and controlling profit sharing arrangements between different entities and ensuring the business risk is mitigated through thorough reviews, performing the necessary controls, and documentation.
Your competences include that you:
- have worked with finance IT systems; SAP experience is essential
- competent with Excel and Power BI reports
- are confident handling and manipulating large quantities of data
- are an excellent communicator, speaking and writing English fluently
- have a solid understanding of accounting rules and principles, including double-entry bookkeeping and accruals
- have some experience working in a finance department in a multinational company
- are a quick and willing learner.
