Customer Service with German You do not have much of a experience in your CV or you are looking for a first job after graduation? You speak very well in German language and you want to gain interesting experience in international company? Then join us as a Junior Customer Service Specialist!
We represent big international company and we are looking for candidates who have very good skills in German language (min. B2 – necessary condition) and communicative level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset. If you are open, high-motivated and want to develop yourself in international environment, we might looking just you.
You do not need to have previous experience, but any experience in Customer Service is very welcome.
In this role you will be answering clients questions or requests via e-mail or phone. Another responsibilities will be taking care of entering correct data into company systems and prepare basic office documentation.
