Main tasks
- Creating new opportunities for cooperation by actively seeking new customers
- Developing cooperation with existing clients
- Identifying and defining customer needs
- Building, developing and maintaining valuable relationships with prospective clients and consultants
- Creating and implementing sales strategies and co-operation strategies
- Preparing tenders and negotiating terms of cooperation
- Control of projects with customer satisfaction and the success of the consultant
- Selecting and recruiting new consultants for the team
- Managing the career development of consultants (annual evaluations, training, matching projects to needs and the like)
- Working closely with recruitment and marketing to achieve common business goals
Requirements
- Completed studies (preferred MA) in Economics, Engineering, Management, HR or related fields
- Willing to continuously develop new business opportunities and ambitions to transform them into success
- Ability to understand customer needs and problems and propose solutions
- Positive personality, ability to build relationships with clients and a team of consultants
- Great responsibility for the tasks entrusted
