We are part of the international ALTEN Group, which brings together over 28,000 outstanding IT and Engineering specialists around the world. We currently are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager who will join our team to deliver the most innovative technology projects

Main tasks

• Creating new opportunities for cooperation by actively seeking new customers
• Developing cooperation with existing clients
• Identifying and defining customer needs
• Building, developing and maintaining valuable relationships with prospective clients and consultants
• Creating and implementing sales strategies and co-operation strategies
• Preparing tenders and negotiating terms of cooperation
• Control of projects with customer satisfaction and the success of the consultant
• Selecting and recruiting new consultants for the team
• Managing the career development of consultants (annual evaluations, training, matching projects to needs and the like)
• Working closely with recruitment and marketing to achieve common business goals

 

Requirements

• Completed studies (preferred MA) in Economics, Engineering, Management, HR or related fields
• Willing to continuously develop new business opportunities and ambitions to transform them into success
• Ability to understand customer needs and problems and propose solutions
• Positive personality, ability to build relationships with clients and a team of consultants
• Great responsibility for the tasks entrusted
• Entrepreneurship thinking and attitude
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Smooth, trouble-free communication in English
