For our Client,a global company focused on providing dissolving wood pulp, paper pulp, paper based and biorefinery solutions to its direct and indirect customer base,and whom SSC is located in Cracow, currently we are looking for (Junior) AR Specialist with German to join stable financial structures.
As a Junior AR Specialist you will ensure regular allocation of payment transactions and control cash allocation for all company entities in accordance with company accounting rules, regulations, and credit policy. More specifically you will ensure that all accounts receivable are paid within approved terms by using all available processes, in accordance with Corporation accounting rules and regulations and Credit policy and procedures Moreover you will be responsible for allocate payments and monitor unallocated cash and discrepancies between paid and due amount, contact customers, sales departments and collect outstanding debts (German market) as well as verify cash allocation and collection disputes.
The Ideal Candidate should haveAccounting, Finance or Business related Bachelor or Master degree and possess 1+ year of professional experience in O2C/AR . You should present excellent reporting and analytical skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel. Fluent in English or communicative in English and fluent German is essential. We are looking for team player with very good communication skills and customer, service orientation.
