New role
As a Junior Administration Specialistyou will be responsible for providing high quality telephone and email support that meets the customers’ expectations, delivering efficient troubleshooting and query resolution, being contact for clients, collaborating with other departments to resolve stronger cases, meeting deadlines with a fast-paced environment.
