For our Client, an international organization who has established their Shared Service Centre in Cracow few years ago, we are looking for a Candidate who speaks communicative Italian and English and is interested in developing career path in finance department (Procure to Pay process).
As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist you will be mainly responsible for payments processing and invoices management including making sure that all invoices are paid on time and verify the correctness of applied payment terms and methods. Moreover your duties will include reviewing and updating Vendor Master Data accounts and resolving vendor queries connected with payments or errors on the invoices.
We are looking for a person with communicative Italian and English languages who would like to develop in finance and accounting field. You should present analytical and very good communication skills, pay attention to details and demonstrate good time management abilities. Previous experience in AP process is not required.
