Junior Accountant- afternoon shift

For our client an international company with SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for
Junior Accountant who will join the Invoice to Cash Team.
Scope of responsibilities
- Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from external customers.
- Responding to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external customers.
- Evaluating and resolving credit hold issues.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
- Updating account status and collection efforts.
- Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Annual review of process documentation.
Our requirements:
- Previous experience in the area of customer service in the international environment
- Completed studies in the field of Finance and Accounting will be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Previous experience in SAP system will be an asset
- Strong English skills both in speaking and writing.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills.
