For our client, we are looking for a person fluent in Croatian
, everything else, you will learn after starting work. What will be your responsibility?
You will deal with two main types of tasks. The first of them concerns contact with the company's customers. By phone and e-mail, you will respond to customer inquiries addressed to the company while taking care of a positive customer experience. The second, equally important element of your work will be tasks in the administrative field. What does this mean exactly? Our experts will teach you how to create company documents (including, for example, reports) and how to store them. You will also take care of the proper circulation of information in your department and updating data in the company's database. What do we look for in candidates?
