For our Client, the international IT company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a Candidate who would join the Client’s R&D center as a Java Web Developer.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for implementation and support of new and existing web applications for internal or external customers, developing scripts to automate and streamline development activities, participating in project planning sessions, delivering code as well as performing unit and component tests within a continuous integration environment. Moreover, your duties will also include participating in manual end to end system QA testing, investigating new technologies and continually improving and updating your technical knowledge and skills.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to possess degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science and be proficient in object oriented design using Java. Moreover, experience with JUnit and associated libraries (mocking frameworks, etc.), Spring MVC, Struts 2 and Hibernate Frameworks as well as relational databases (MySQL, SQLite) is also required from you. As a Java Web Developer you have to be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and know one or more scripting languages, e.g. Python, Perl, Ruby. Fluent English is a must.
