For our Client, a newly created IT center located in Kraków we are looking for Java Team Leader, who will build and shape his own team.
Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for maintenance and transformation of the existing FinTech platform providing financial services products to small and medium enterprises. The role would be a combination of supporting the existing infrastructure and contributing to the transformation. As a Java Team Leader you will build and shape your own team.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in team management (5-10 team members). Moreover, we are looking for candidates with great experience in Java and using IoC platforms such as Spring, Tapestry, or DropWizard. In order to be relevant candidate you need to have experience with AWS/Cloud infrastructure and MicroService relevant technologies such as REST and JSON. Moreover, we are looking for candidates who understand of web-facing technologies, such as JavaScript, Tomcat, html templating libraries and database technologies, preferably JPA/Hibernate and Postgres. Due to work in international environment, we are searching for candidates with very good English knowledge.
