For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of SOX ITGC Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position you will Lead the ITGC testing scope and support the SOX Testing Lead SDM identifying/analysing/concluding the financial ITGC reporting risks for the processes in their RUs. You will also direct the testing performed by the co-sourced testing partners who participate in the Krakow model and select which IT-Finance related processes and controls to test under a risk based rotational testing approach, providing direction on application of testing methodology. You will also be expected to lead testing of sensitive ITGC controls with highly confidential evidence and plan and execute ITGC testing, leverage and coach existing business controller team in Krakow, track adherence to agreed testing schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business IT/Computer Science as well as 3 or more years of experience in related field. Significant knowledge of IT/Finance & Accounting processes and controls or Audit is a pre-requisite. Previous experience managing global/regional audit or internal controls engagements is also required. Experience in ITGC SOX/Control/Audit or working experience in a SOX environment is also required. Strong English skills (C1) are required. Knowledge of another language (German, Italian, Spanish) will be an advantage.
