IT Team Leader
On this position you will be managing a team of 2-3 people responsible for support of the IT related issued in Poland. You will be also in contact with Global IT function cooperating with them in terms of new roll outs or projects.

Description
- Manage the country's IT Services team (1-2 persons).
- Build the country's IT budget and ensure it will be aligned with the Global IT strategy. Follow the agreed profile and remain on target.
- Collect the needs of the local Business Units. Find solutions in the Global IT Services catalogue.
- Ensure the effective roll-out of global projects according to global policies and priorities.
- Deliver the expected level of IT service to the local end users.
- Administration of the local infrastructure servers (Windows & Linux).
- Ensuring the security of IT systems and data protection in company networks.
- Deal with local suppliers.
- Participation in the implementation of new systems and applications.
- Ensure appropriate IT support for the users.
- Active business partnering leading to optimization of business processes in terms of the maximum use of IT solutions.
Profile
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Good communication skill in Polish as in English (oral and written).
- Experience in managing a IT team or willingness to develop in such area.
- Experience in preparation of CAPEX budget.
