IT Team Leader
As a Team Leader you will monitor and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. You will oversee different initiatives or projects of a business, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure that they meet the receiver's expectations.

Description
- People management;
- Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);
- Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality);
- Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;
- Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;
- Ability to quickly respond to any changes;
- Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production
Profile
- 3 + years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Good educational background, preferably in the fields of QA or engineering
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
