For our client - international brand with its new SSC in Krakow, we are looking for a person for the position IT Talent Acquisition Partner.
We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our team in the EMEA region to support the newly emerging IT HUB in the Kraków SSC. On this position you will play a key role in building the newly formed team of IT specialists. For Managers and Team Leaders you will be SME informing them and giving advice on the Kraków IT specialists market. You will be responsible for creating a recruitment and sourcing strategy, directly identifying the best talent using the most cost-effective methodologies, establishing key relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct end to end recruitment including candidate sourcing, reviewing applications, interviewing and assessment - providing responsive feedback and support on the offer/new starter process to ensure the best candidate experience.
- Vendor management - building relationships with suppliers, managing the delivery from recruitment agencies
- Work closely with hiring managers to create and develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect resourcing.
- Identify and lead on areas of added value project work in line with business need.
Key requirements:
- Experience in the management of end-to-end recruitment processes in international environment, including hiring for senior and managerial positions in the IT industry.
- Experience in the direct search.
- Ability to build partnerships and are supportive for the candidates, Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
