Your new role
IT Support Specialist will provide 1 stand 2 ndlevel user and tech-support in cooperation with partner providing remote IT support services. Your daily duties includes assisting with server installation and administration and maintaining databases. This role require from you domain administration using Active Directory and User & Group permission administration. Moreover, IT Support Specialist must provide local support for end users using English language on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate for this role you need to have experience with supporting end users and troubleshooting within IT area. Knowledge of MS Windows Systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Sharepoint, LAN/WAN and experience with hardware maintenance is very important. Excellent English skills (B2/C1) is a must have as well as ability to prioritise daily tasks.
