For our Client, the international financial institution which is transferring its IT processes from London to Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Support Engineer.
Your new role
Holding this position you will provide production services support for a wide range of New to Bank Customer Onboarding initiatives and maintain in-house and vendor based application solutions. You will analyse and support electronic information and risk from various platforms. The electronic platform architecture consists of multiple internal and some external applications designed to facilitate the successful onboarding of customers.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to have experience with working in Production Supportenvironment and be able to navigate in UNIX / Windowsproficiently, reading and understanding the UNIX file system as well as troubleshootingproblems in multiple environments. Good knowledge of ITILpractices and SQLis also required from you. Very good English is a must.
