For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for IT Support Analyst to join Collect and Dispatch team.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting users within one of the four capabilities, i.e. Ecommerce, Customer Care and Device Management, Community Activator App or Digital Trade Engagement. You will be performing monitoring activities and initial problem determination and prioritization. You will be focusing on troubleshooting of incoming issues and the resolution of simple issues based on Knowledge base documentation. You will also be dispatching complex issues to lines 2-4. Your main duties will include support on different System integrations. This position also embraces such aspects as creation and evolution of the Knowledge Base articles and communication of potential degradation of the service or limitation of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for IT candidates with experience in IT support (2nd, 3rd and 4th line). Fluency in English (min B2) is a must. An ideal Candidate must possess general IT background, the ability to create queries and handle database operations. High analytical skills and problem solving attitude are also required.
Note that the position involves shift work with the possibility to work part time.
