For our Client, global pharmaceutical company, located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Specialist (ServiceNow administration).
Your new role
As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for implementation of processes in ServiceNow system (CMDB, Change, Deviation, Problem, Knowledge). Your duties will include administration and implementation of new applications and modules in ServiceNow. You will be in charge of troubleshooting and solving problems. Additionally your responsibilities will include supporting the integration of new technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have at least 3 years of previous experience in administration and development area. Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell or VBScript is required. Due to this position you should have practical knowledge of administration Microsoft backend/server systems, experienced with Windows, capable of solving problems related to the platform. Knowledge about ITIL processes will be your additional plus.
