For our Client, international Danish company located in the center of Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to provide onside and remote support for EMEA users including infrastructure support as well as software and hardware support. You will act as Technical Administrator for various Business applications used in the company. You will be also involved in support on Windows Servers, Oracle, MS SQL and Unix. Part of your duties will include handling external suppliers and reviewing reports. Moreover, you will participate in implementation of technical solutions such as MS SQL and associated applications. You will report directly to a Director of Application Services located in Denmark.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have min. 2-3 years of relevant experience as IT Specialist in corporate environment. Also, you must have experience in providing min. 2ndline of support, very good knowledge and experience of Microsoft products such as Windows Servers, MS SQL, AD, Domain, GPOs. You should also have experience with application server and Tomcat (Middleware in general) Installation, upgrade, configuration and troubleshooting.Additionally, knowledge of Oracle, Unix,vSphere, VMware,automation scripting or SharePointwould be your strong advantage.Due to work in international environment you need to have very good knowledge of English language.
