For our client from financial area that has been one of the pioneers of the investment sector we are looking for IT Specialist with German.
Your new role
On this role you will be holding the role of Deskside Specialist in the new Cracow office. You will be equipping and moving of new workstations and acting as hotline-support concerning application problems. Your responsibility will be also a technical set-up and maintenance of the server room in Cracow, technical set-up and maintenance of the conference rooms in Cracow and administration of hardware (e.g. PC, printer, mobile phones, network connections). Moreover your duty will be also to operational handling of day-to-day business.
As a Deskside Specialist you will be also helping remotely other teams located in Germany.
What you'll need to succeed
As successful candidate, you will bring the professional training as system administrator/technician or bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or similar). Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organisation. Outstanding interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at the most senior management levels. Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
Fluent German is a must.
