For our Client, British supplier of gas and electricity located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of an IT Specialist (1 stline).
Your new role
Holding this role you will be responsible for resolving desktop incidents at 1st line, recording all incidents within the ticket logging system, logging calls with 3rd parties and incident management, troubleshooting, installing and configuring computers and peripherals as well as following incident management and escalation processes.
What you'll need to succeed
As an IT Specialist you need to possess experience regarding Windows 7 Desktop in AD domain, MS Office ( 2007, 2010, 2013,2016), GMail/Google Apps (G-Suite), Active Directory, Horizon View (Virtual Desktops), VPN and other connectivity issues, Network Printing, VOIP telephone system experience and Network Patching. Anti-virus administration (preferably Sophos) and Wireless mobile devices setup and administration skills are also required from you. Very good English is a must.
