IT Senior Service Manager B2C
Hired candidate will be responsible for the execution of a range of IT Service management processes in support of services (applications /technologies) deployment and / or day to day support for end users. On this position you will be to be accountable all B2C applications in terms of deployment, day to day support and release management whilst meeting all the financial matrices.

Our Client is an international company from FMCG sector. For their new Tech Hub we are looking to hire experienced candidate for the position of IT Senior Service Manager B2C
Description
- Define service models and the assess the impact of new services or changes to existing services
- Drive and manage (outsourced) delivery of service capabilities and the governance of service providers
- Drive and manage / oversee service standards and service catalogues
- Escalate / and drive resolution IT service and/or business issues using agreed escalation routes
- Manage finance and budgets (forecasts, actual vs planned, etc.)
- Participate in internal / external service review meetings
- Ensure the use of global, standardizes IT Service Management processes
- Evaluate business risks and issues related to operational incidents, potential changes and internal audit reports. Implement
- appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely actions.
- Collate required data and reports for analysis in order to facilitate service monitoring and improved service performance
- Understand service landscape and drive activities to minimize demand and optimize service delivery
Profile
- Experience in managing large internal and external partner teams in end-to-end application service management
- Experience in B2C, E-Commerce, Web Ordering Platforms and consumer-facing Content Management Systems such as Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds, Magento E-Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT services and a good working knowledge of the management of globalservices
- Degree Educated, with significant post graduate work experience in an IT Services environment and /or business facing IT role
