IT Risk Project Manager
Location: Wroclaw PROJECT DESCRIPTION

You'll be working for the Transformation & Project Delivery team within Technology Operations Center (TOC) organization. You can join us in our location at Wroclaw in Poland, however will be providing extensive professional support in the area of project management and project coordination with teams located globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with IT Operations, IT Engineering, CISO, CTO, Risk and other experts across the organization
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with multiple Stakeholders and project teams in a complex environment
- Drive multiple actions/projects of risk remediation and new operational processes implementation
- Track progress, manage RAID and report the overall status reporting activities related to the project
- Adhere to the highest standards of project management using agile or waterfall methodology
- Get hands on to verify new process design and other deliverables meet requirements
SKILLS
MUST
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager; preferred focus on IT Risk & IT Operations
- Performed a similar project management position before in a global environment, preferably with consultancy or institutional banking background
- Excellent knowledge of technologies within Automation, IT infrastructure and proven experience in digital leadership and risk
- Experience in managing digital transformation PMO's including translating business issues into solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, and delivery
- Hands on experience in managing ORI or MLSI Risk remediation projects, including coordination with all operational teams involved to identify actions, tracking progress and producing relevant detailed documentation meeting Audit proof standards.
- Understanding of ITIL and SDLC processes and procedures
- Understanding of Agile Project Management methods
- Professional experience within IT Operations would be a helpful asset
- Ability to work independently and self-efficient with experience in communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to take ownership of complex issues and be responsible for their resolution
- Ability to work in a complex environment with a large number of dependencies within the overall program
- The ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to senior Stakeholders
- University degree / masters relevant to business administration, project management or information technology.
