We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruitment Specialist to join our enthusiastic team and to help us grow by finding, recruiting, and hiring smart and capable people. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated and detail-oriented.
The main responsibilities for this role will include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing qualified candidates for multiple technical roles. You will work closely with your colleagues, managers to forecast goals and hiring needs.
Your long-term goal will be to build sustainable processes that ensure a technology talent pipeline and best practice of recruitment process in Andea.
Wymagania
Requirements:
Proven 2-years of IT recruitment experience, especially:
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience to create job ads with technical job descriptions to attract the right candidate.
• Experience to use job / career platforms to source potential candidates.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
• Experience in evaluate specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes of IT candidates.
• Experient in candidate recommendation report writing and analysis
Soft skills:
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Polish and English.
• Good relationship building skills.
• Ability to handle multi-priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
