We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

IT Project Manager

Location: Cracow

 

A successful candidate will be part of global projects in Commercial Banking (CMB) IT.

IT Project Manager will manage the successful delivery of data related project(s).

Person in this role will be working closely with Chief Data Officers, IT Architects, data analysts and subject matter experts to not only maintain and but also to improve the existing projects

 

Key Accountabilities:

Taking part in the global Commercial Banking projects

Supporting Project Manager(s), platform and program owners, in day to day responsibilities

Working closely with global stakeholders (IT and Business) located in different places in the world

Tracking budget and resource capacity

Tracking project plan, coordinating project plan changes, identifying overlaps and dependencies

Risk and issue management

Tracking and reporting progress of the project to various stakeholders

Working with remote teams both IT and Business

Preparing meeting minutes, list of actions and following up on them

Building trusted relationships with peers, local and global stakeholders

 

Requirements:

University graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 2-3 years of professional experience

Good knowledge of working experience with data analysis

Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution will be an advantage but not a must

Strong team player

Good networking skills

Previous Project Management experience is required

Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.

JIRA knowledge would be an asset

Excel skills

Fluent English - capable to work on daily basis in English

Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal

Good organizational skills, with ability to multitask

Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure

Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

Positive, proactive and can-do attitude

Willingness to learn

Able to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
