IT Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing Manufacturing Execution Systems implementation projects served by Andea Solutions.

Your responsibilities:
- Developing project plan according to required scope, timeline and budget.
- Managing the MES implementation project at all stages from blueprinting till post go-life support.
- Working with the project team to ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.
- Accessing project risks, problems and preparing mitigation plans.
- Managing project scope in synch with customer business objectives and change management policy.
- Monitoring project budget realization and adherence to the plan.
- Tracking, reporting and communicating project status.


Our requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in software project management role.
- Fluent in managing software project lifecycles, including budget, scope, quality and timeline.
- Strong communication skills to efficiently work with the project team and clients.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and MS Office.

Optional
- Minimum two years of practice in a manufacturing industry (either business or IT role).
- Experience in working with or implementing MES and/or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
- Project Management, IT or Business certifications.
