We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Project Manager & Programme Manager
Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting Project Manager(s), platform and program owners, in day to day responsibilities
- Working closely with global stakeholders (IT and Business) located in different places in the world
- Tracking budget and resource capacity
- Tracking project plan, coordinating project plan changes, identifying overlaps and dependencies
- Risk and issue management
- Tracking and reporting progress of the project to various stakeholders
- Working with remote teams both IT and Business
- Preparing meeting minutes, list of actions and following up on them
- Building trusted relationships with peers, local and global stakeholders
Requirements:
- University graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of working experience with data analysis
- Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution will be an advantage but not a must
- Strong team player
- Good networking skills
- Previous Project Management experience is required
- Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.
- JIRA knowledge would be an asset
- Excel skills
- Fluent English - capable to work on daily basis in English
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills, with ability to multitask
- Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Able to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
