IT Project Manager (LEO System)
Manage IT projects, support PMQ with project planning and execution, support Business with requirements analysis, acceptance criteria and test scenarios preparation, agree with IT providers upon solutions, steer IT providers in projects, verify deliverables, support testing process and defects handling, take part in escalation meetings and Steering Committees.

Our Client is an international company from leasing industry. For their IT department we are looking to hire candidate FOR the position of IT Project Manager responsible project connected with LEO System. On this position you will be working with partners in Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Description
- resource planning (effort estimation, heat-map, budget etc.)
- requirements analysis - translate business needs into "IT language"
- provide suggestions for solutions, agree solutions between Business and IT provider
- steer IT provider for Project
- provide effort estimates and sourcing recommendations for Business requirements
- co-operate with provider's Project Managers
- verify deliverables
- provide input and take part in workshops, meetings, Steering Committees etc.
- communication with internal/external project teams
- start-up management, status reports, closedown reports
- manage project documentation:
- Support PMQ and ITM with project portfolio planning - provide input
- Take part in prioritization
- Provide input for feasibility studies
- Provides estimations of effort
- support Business with acceptance criteria and test scenarios definition
- support Test Manager and Business with tests execution
- report tests status updates for Project
- support handling defects in Projects
- design reports (Crystal Reports)
- prepare ad-hoc data reports (SQL)
- provide hot fixes and data corrections
- upload data to IT systems (RV's, pricelists etc.)
- financial products configuration
- design and implement small changes
- support users with IT systems
- communication with all local business departments for projects
Profile
- Min 5 years of experience in IT with financial background
- Experience in leading a project team and steering external providers
- Experience in working in international project teams
- Practical knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Knowledge of Agile PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray)
- Very good knowledge of LEO system - on administrator level
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and/or other reporting tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
