Duties:
- Manage the overall delivery on a large engagement
- Provide leadership, support and direction to the project teams on the program. Provide internal support to the Head of Operations Governance and Projects Director to ensure best practices are being adopted.
- Assume responsibility for an active project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered to the required timescale, budget and quality.
- Provide clients with the support and guidance required to ensure the success of any client engagement being managed.
- Maintain financial and program control and demonstrate this through the effective use of the dedicated project management tool.
- Contribute to and assist in the enforcement of the continuous improvement of working practices covering a range of delivery models and project management concepts.
Required:
- Formal Project Management Qualification
- Expert knowledge of Project Management concepts and methodologies
- Experience of using recognised project management software (I.E. Microsoft Project)
- Great Communication Skills
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Experience with handling multiple projects
Desired
- Ability to travel internationally
- Previous experience of working with clients on delivering projects
- Experience of successfully delivering automation/technology projects
