This role will support IT Procurement Team based in Krakow, Lausanne & Madrid with their sourcing and admin tasks
Operate the procurement process within the sourcing tools
Preparation reports for the stakeholders
Coordinating approval flow for contracts signature
Supporting internal users in set-up forms for process approval
Assist in drafting and running RFx process
University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Procurement or IT fields
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT or Procurement Area
Very good interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
Very good command of English (other European languages would be an asset).
Very good in using MS Office and experience in SAP.
