For our Client, global international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of IT Problem Manager.
Your new role
As IT Problem Manager you will be responsible for leading strategic projects related to applications development, business analysis, research and development, and systems integration for business systems. You will be providing monitoring of daily activities to insure policy and standards are enforced by the team. Also, you will generate effective communication, provide active and visible coaching as well as drive continuous improvement objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you need to hold 3 years of professional experience preferably as Problem Manager or Service Manager from international company. You must have university degree, knowledge of IT software, hardware, networks and operations as well as solid understanding of Problem Management processes, tools and best practice techniques. Also, you need to have excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with higher positions. Having project management background and strong negotiation skills would be your strong advantage. Due to work in international company you need to speak fluent English.
