IT PMO Specialist
Location: Kraków- Kapelanka
Requirements (Must have):
Under the responsibility of the Head of Project Managers;
Concerning Projects; the PMO will contribute to :
Set up and update the Order Book,
Manage budget issues interacting with other Budget management teams (Transformation team, Global team…), raise alerts on budget project matters (over-expenses, arbitrage, GB/GF allocation, discrepancies, status…)
Give a monthly overview about the projects managed by Project Managers : emphasize on projects issues (risks, budget, planning, scope) thru a synthesis based on PM reports
Check "Clarity" regular completion for ongoing projects
Help the team thru good practices on project reports and "Clarity" use
Support the PMs for reporting on "top monitored" projects (Transformation Projects…)
Concerning Resources; the PMO will contribute to:
Monitor and report weekly thru a clarity worksheet completion follow up (i/o, ramp up/down, future demands…)
Monitor and report monthly thru a resources follow up (i/o, ramp up/down, future demands…)
Help to consolidate/update globally the resources Plan
Answer to Day2day questions concerning resources coming for Global Teams, local teams, HR…
High technical education background (like engineer), having an experience in Business Intelligence matter
Ability to speak and understand English
Ability to grasp and learn new technologies quickly
Ability to interact with cross country, cross cultural teams
Nice to have:
Clarity (all functionalities)
Background on managing operationally IT projects
Order Book management tool such GPDM
