For our Client, international Danish company located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT PMO Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will facilitate a high quality IT documentation practice in IT Global Business Services and help build a strong compliance and application unit. You will focus on Change Management, Problem and Document Management, Failure investigations, Deviation Management and CAPA. You will follow up internal and external audit reports, facilitate and coordinate meetings, and also help with administrative tasks. Moreover, you will coordinate training and contracts in the IT department.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to be an experienced user of MS Office 2010 as well as Windows 7 or newer technology. It is also required to have 1- 2 years of professional experience from international companies and with document management. You should be able to understand technical language and be able to provide support with coordinating IT Global Business Services Due to work in international environment you must have fluent English language skills both in writing and speaking.
