For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT PMO Associate Manager
Your new role
Holding this position you will support all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. You will also support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with bigger projects but also lead medium size projects or project work streams. You will also be expected to organize project structure and documentation flow, and generate necessary documents (including plans, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports). You will also identify and escalate potential risks and issues to take corrective actions. Your duties will also include motivating project members and other involved staff to achieve best possible working environment, standards of work, motivation, and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 2 year experience in project management as well as at least 1 year experience in financial institution or IT. You also need to possess knowledge of Project Management methodology, banking processes and organizational structures. Very good command of English language to manage a complex workload is required. Good command of the French language will be an asset.
