Location: remote / Kraków
Job type: contract of employment
Length: long-term cooperation

Remote work: currently – 100% remote, after covid – hybrid model (office in Kraków)

In your role and as a member of a team of talented professionals you will have the opportunity to not only ensure high level of solutions availability and performance, but also to influence the definition of processes and company standards in this area. The main goal of these positions will be, to take over the ownership of administrating, monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting infrastructure environments. Working in a multi-country and multicultural company, you will act independently or in cooperation with the global IT operation experts.

What will you do:
- Monitor network and systems, follow up performance and availability
- Analyze requests and incidents, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate and follow-up
- Operate and contribute to Knowledge Database
- Actively participate in process improvement in close relationship with Global Operation Team

What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Network LAN & WLAN expertise on Cisco (Meraki) switches, Cisco and Aruba wireless
- Security and VPN/SSL knowledge on Zscaler and Checkpoint technologies
- Basic understanding of server environment configuration (Microsoft Windows or Linux operating system)
- Network devices monitoring using Solarwinds or different tool experience
- Network WAN expertise (Routing protocols, QoS, Cisco technology) is a nice to see experience, however not mandatory for the position
- Telephony support experience (VoIP, Mitel technology)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Rigor, autonomy and team work in daily operations
- Ability to evaluate risks and handle multiple priorities
