For our Client, an international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of IT Mobile Architect.
Your new role
IT Mobile Architect will be responsible for implementation and application life cycle management of the MDM platform, troubleshooting of mobile management software and end-points, assisting with planning and upgrades of the Microsoft cloud platform, as well as compliance, reporting, design and solution of mobile mgmt. services.
Main aspects of the job:
- Manage all aspects of Mobile Device Solutions including design of the architecture 2. 2nd and 3rd level MDM/EMM solutions support, deployment, decommission, and troubleshooting
- Administration of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise Device Mgmt
- Planning and execution of the implementation of Microsoft Intune globally for 300 users
- Administration and development of mobile solutions, rollout of devices across company divisions 6. Enforce mobile security by ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Manage upgrades, documentation and test protocols adhering to required QA procedures
- Qualification of Enterprise Mobility Management components and dependencies
- Participate in Infrastructure Services related projects, reporting of licenses and user access
- Troubleshooting and problem solving and successful fulfilment of IT service delivery commitments
- Support the integration of new technologies
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows, iOS, Android, Microsoft Intune, Group Policies, Office 365 EMM services
- Experience with administration and design of mobile solutions based on Microsoft Intune
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Office 365 services
- Experience or knowledge with Microsoft scripting technologies (PowerShell)
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting of mobile devices and Windows endpoints
- Capable of documenting own work and conduct training of team members
- Proactive and analytical mindset as well as taking responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English
