IT Manager / Head of IT
… to join and manage the IT team in Manufacturing Plant near Warsaw, Poland.

Key functions:
- Provide the necessary level of IT services tailored to the production plan
- Manage IT infrastructure including virtual and physical components
- Ensure compliance with IT standards adopted by the company
- Optimize business processes in terms of IT
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure is fully compatible with the company's requirements, primarily in terms of the type of equipment, software and method of use
- Manage and administrate the main IT services (back of data, disaster recovery plan in place, maintenance of IT equipment (office/production))
- Manage projects related to industry 4.0
- Manage projects (hardware/software) together with HQ
- Cooperate with the management overseeing the company's business processes
- Lead a team of 5 people (help desk, IT engineers, developer)
- Cooperation with suppliers, external vendors
- Building relationships with other company departments - an active approach to possible changes and improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with complex IT support function in production company
- Work experience in an international company
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Fluent English
- Passion for work and willingness to develop
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
