For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with very good English skills for IT Service Desk position (1st line)

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting management in achieving demanding technical and service goals for external customers across. Your duties will be related to resolving IT issues, providing customer support regarding IT cases, analyzing and creating new solutions. You will also be responsible for administrating and providing User Access and Exit controls.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for motivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with very good command in English (B2/C1). Previous experience in IT field is also required.
