Project information:
- Project: IT Security Operations Services, Protection of public order
- Location: Warsaw (Wola- Rondo Daszyńskiego whereabouts)
- Working hours: 8/9 - 16/17

- Remuneration: 6000-8000 PLN gross (UoP), 7000-10000 PLN net +VAT (B2B).
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the company users (internal)
- Performing administration tasks according to the standard operating procedures
- Dispatching end users’ requests
- Other specific duties as assigned by company ICT helpdesk team leader
Requirements:
- At least 1 year direct, hands-on working experience in a similar position
- Possession of at least one of the certificates: ITIL foundation, CCENT, MTA, or any higher Microsoft certificate in Windows Client or Windows Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies including Windows 7, Server 2003 and 2008, Office 2007, Office 2010
- Familiar with Linux/Ubuntu system
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and related services
- Very good English (B2 level is a must)
